Mandi Rice: Boil rice with Mandi masala and dry lemon. Add coal smoke for 5 minutes during 'Dam'.
Marination: Marinate chicken and kababs with spices and ginger-garlic paste for 2 hours.
Grilling: Grill the kababs and chicken chop until juicy and golden brown.
Turkish Pide: Prepare dough, shape into boats, add cheese/meat filling, and bake at 200°C for 15 mins.
Platter Assembly: Spread rice on a large 'Thaal', place Pide in center, and surround with BBQ and grilled veggies.
