2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsan)
1 Medium Onion (Slices)
1.5 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes (Kuti Lal Mirch)
1.5 tbsp Chat Masala
1 tbsp Roasted Coriander & Cumin Powder (Bhuna Dhanya/Zeera)
1 tsp Garam Masala
4 tbsp Lemon Juice (Taza Leemon)
4 tbsp Cornflour (Crunch ke liye)
1 pinch Food Color (Orange/Red)
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

  • Mixing bowl Marination ke liye
  • Wok / Karahi Deep frying ke liye
  • Spatula / Spider Strainer  Boti nikalne ke liye

Method
 

Instructions
    Tenderize: Pressure cooker mein beef, pyaz, adrak lehsan, namak aur 2 cup pani dal kar 20 minute pakaein jab tak beef 95% gal jaye.
      Dry: Agar cooker mein pani bach jaye to tez aanch par sara pani khushk (dry) kar lein taake zaiqa boti ke andar rahe.
        Marinate: Ek bowl mein gali hui boti nikalain, thanda hone par tamam khushk masale, chat masala aur lemon juice dal kar achi tarah mix karein.
          Coat: Ab cornflour aur food color chirak kar boti ko coat karein taake masale chipak jayein.
            Fry: Karahi mein oil full garam karein aur tez aanch par boti ko 3-4 minute tak fry karein jab tak bahar se crispy ho jaye.
