Tenderize: Pressure cooker mein beef, pyaz, adrak lehsan, namak aur 2 cup pani dal kar 20 minute pakaein jab tak beef 95% gal jaye.
Dry: Agar cooker mein pani bach jaye to tez aanch par sara pani khushk (dry) kar lein taake zaiqa boti ke andar rahe.
Marinate: Ek bowl mein gali hui boti nikalain, thanda hone par tamam khushk masale, chat masala aur lemon juice dal kar achi tarah mix karein.
Coat: Ab cornflour aur food color chirak kar boti ko coat karein taake masale chipak jayein.
Fry: Karahi mein oil full garam karein aur tez aanch par boti ko 3-4 minute tak fry karein jab tak bahar se crispy ho jaye.

- Pro Tip: Beef ko makkhan jaisa naram rakhne ke liye sirf 3-4 minute fry karein, over-fry karne se boti sakht ho sakti hai.
