Mixing: Ek bowl mein besan, chawal ka aata aur tamam masale mix karein. Thora pani daal kar ek sakht (thick) mixture banayein.
Vegetables: Is mixture mein aloo aur pyaz dalen aur hathon se achi tarah coat karein.
Pre-heat: Air Fryer ko 180°C par 5 minute ke liye pre-heat karein.
Air Frying: Basket ko halka sa oil spray karein. Pakoron ka mixture basket mein rakhen aur 180°C par 12-15 minute tak pakaein.
Shaking: Adhay waqt (7 min) ke baad basket nikaal kar hilaayein taake har taraf se crispy ho jayein.
