Sauté Filling: Pan mein shredded chicken aur vegetables ko halkay se oil mein fry karein jab tak vegetables naram ho jayein.
Make White Sauce: Pan ki aik side par flour aur milk dal kar whisk karein jab tak thick paste na ban jaye, phir chicken mein mix kar dein.
Folding: Do samosa sheets ko plus (+) shape mein rakhein. Center mein filling dal kar edges ko aatay ki "laye" se fold karke box banayein.
Coating: Har box patty ko pehle egg mein dip karein aur phir breadcrumbs se achi tarah cover karein.
Freeze/Fry: Behtar crunch ke liye 2 ghante freeze karein, phir golden brown hone tak deep fry ya air-fry karein.
