- Heat Oil: Heat mustard oil in a Mitti ki Handi on medium flame until it starts to smoke slightly.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add a pinch of Kalonji and Saunf, then stir in ginger-garlic paste for 1 minute.
- Sear Chicken: Add chicken pieces and sauté until golden white for maximum juiciness.
- Slow Cook: Mix yogurt with achari masala, pour into the clay pot, cover, and slow cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
- Final Dum: Add stuffed green chilies, cover the lid, and let it simmer (Dum) for 5 minutes before serving.

- Pro Tip: Agar aap ke paas mustard oil (sarson ka tail) bohot pungent hai, toh pehle usey dhuwan uthne tak garam karein, phir thanda karke dubara cooking shuru karein. Is se "Karwahat" khatam ho jayegi.
- Bachat Tip: Ready-made masala packet ke bajaye ghar ke masalon (Kalonji, Saunf, Methi Dana) ka istemal karein, ye sasta bhi hai aur sehat-mand bhi.
