4 cups Cold Water
1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tbsp Sugar (optional)
2 cups Ice Cubes

Equipment

  • Blender A high-speed blender (like a Vitamix or Ninja) is best for that frothy texture.
  • Fine Mesh Strainer:  Essential to remove the lime pulp and zest after the first pulse.
  • Large Pitcher To hold and serve the lemonade.
  • Sharp Knife For clean cuts of the limes.
  • Cutting Board To safely slice the limes
  • Measuring Cups For precise measurement of the water and condensed milk.

Method

Instructions (Step-by-Step)
Prepare: Cut the ends off the limes and slice into 8 wedges each.
Pulse: Combine limes, water, and sugar in a blender. Pulse 5-8 times (do not over-blend).
Strain: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher; discard the solids.
Creamy Blend: Return the juice to the blender with condensed milk and ice. Blend until frothy.
Serve: Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

              Notes

For the best taste, serve immediately to avoid any bitterness from the lime zest.
