Filling Preparation: Ek pan mein shredded chicken, masalon aur sabziyon ko 2 minute tak saute karein. Thanda hone par mayonnaise mix karein.
Bread Flattening: Bread slices ke edges kaat kar unhein belan (rolling pin) se bilkul patla (flat) kar lein.
Stuffing & Sealing: Bread ke aik kinare par filling rakhen aur edges par halka pani laga kar tightly roll kar dein.
Double Coating: Pehle roll ko anday mein dip karein, phir breadcrumbs mein achi tarah coat karein (extra crunch ke liye double coat karein).
Freezing/Frying: Rolls ko tray mein rakh kar freeze kar dein ya phir medium aanch par golden brown hone tak fry karein.
