Pressure Cooking: Pressure cooker mein gosht, daal, adrak-lehsan paste aur sabut masale daal kar gosht galne tak pakaein. Pani bilkul khushk kar lein.
Shredding: Mixture thanda hone par chopper mein pees lein ya kundi mein koot lein taake resha barkaraar rahe.

Binding: Hara dhanya, podina aur anday dal kar achi tarah mix karein aur kabab ki shakal bana lein.
Freezing: Kababs ko tray mein plastic sheet laga kar rakhen aur jamne ke baad zipper bag mein shift kar dein.
