- Chicken Preparation: Chicken breast ko chote cubes mein kaat kar lal mirch, namak, aur kuta dhanya laga kar 5 minute ke liye rakh dein.
- Searing: Aik non-stick pan mein 1 tbsp oil garam karein aur chicken ko tez aanch par 7-8 minute tak pakaein jab tak wo golden aur tender na ho jaye. Phir chicken nikal kar side par rakh dein.
- Garlic Butter Base: Usi pan mein 50g makkhan (butter) dalen. Jab makkhan pighal jaye toh kuta hua fresh lehsan (Garlic) shamil karein aur sirf 30 seconds tak bhunein.
- Creating the Sauce: Aanch bilkul halki (low flame) kar dein aur cooking cream shamil karein. Cream ko makkhan ke saath achi tarah mix karein jab tak halka ubaal na aa jaye.
- The Fusion Mix: Paka hua chicken wapis pan mein dalen. Is mein kali mirch aur lemon juice shamil kar ke 1-2 minute tak pakaein taake sauce har boti par lipat jaye.
- Final Touch: Hara dhanya aur thora sa oregano (optional) chirak kar chulha band kar dein. Aapka Garlic Butter Chicken Tikka tayyar hai!

- Cream Tip: Agar sauce bohat zyada garha (thick) ho jaye, toh 2-3 tbsp doodh shamil kar ke consistency set kar sakte hain.
- Butter Quality: Hamesha unsalted aur achi quality ka makkhan use karein, is se international fusion wala asli zaiqa aata hai.
- Health Option: Diet walon ke liye cream ki jagah "Greek Yogurt" (phenta hua dahi) bhi istemal kiya ja sakta hai.
