Method
 

Instructions
    Marination: Ek bowl mein imli ka pulp, ginger-garlic paste aur tamam khushk masale mix karke fish par lagayein. Minimum 4-6 ghante (ya overnight) fridge mein rakhen.
      The Crunch Layer: Fry karne se theek pehle fish par besan sprinkle karein. Pani shamil na karein; fish ka apna moisture hi kafi hai.
        Frying: Oil ko medium heat par garam karein. Fish ko deep fry karein jab tak wo golden brown aur crispy na ho jaye.
          The Assembly: Fish pieces ko aik bade platter mein set karein. Roasted potato wedges, lemon slices aur spicy onions ke sath garnish karein.
            Serving: Zaika Menu special Mint Raita ke sath garam garam serve karein.
