Marination: Qeeme mein pyaz, adrak-lasan, besan aur tamam masale mix kar ke 1 ghante ke liye fridge mein rakhein.
Shaping: Qeeme ke chote balls bana kar darmian mein seekh se surakh karein taake Gola Kabab ki shape ban jaye.
Frying: Ek pan mein oil garam karein aur kababs ko golden brown hone tak shallow fry karein.
Gravy: Handi mein oil garam kar ke pyaz ka paste aur dahi shamil karein. Masale ko achi tarah bhunein jab tak oil alag na ho jaye.
Simmer: Fry kiye hue kababs ko gravy mein dhaal kar 10 minute halki aanch par dum dein.
Smoky Touch: Ek jalta hua koyla handi mein rakh kar 5 minute ke liye dhak dein taake BBQ aroma aa jaye.
Serving: Fresh cream aur hara dhaniya dal kar garma-garam Naan ke saath pesh karein.
