Homemade Pink Tea Concentrate (Kashmiri Chai in 5 Minutes)

Quick, easy, and authentic Kashmiri chai recipe using a homemade pink tea concentrate. Store in fridge & enjoy in 5 minutes anytime.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tsp Green Tea Leaves Prefer Kashmiri green tea
  • 6 cups Water For boiling
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda Helps develop pink color
  • 4-5 Cardamom Pods Lightly crushed Flavor
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick Optional
  • 1 cup Milk To serve later
  • Sugar To taste Optional Add at serving time
  • 1 tsp Rose Water Optional garnish / aroma

  • Saucepan Medium size, for boiling tea
  • Strainer Fine mesh, for straining leaves
  • Spoon For stirring
  • Sterile jar / bottle For storing concentrate

Method
 

Instructions (Step by Step)
    Boil Tea Leaves – Water me green tea leaves aur baking soda daal kar 3–4 min boil karein. Color pinkish aayega.
      Add Spices – Cardamom, cinnamon aur salt daal kar 1–2 min boil karein.
        Strain & Store – Mixture ko strain karke sterile jar/bottle me store karein. Fridge me 1–2 weeks safe.
          Serving – 1 cup serve karne ke liye 2–3 tbsp concentrate + 1 cup garam milk + sugar. Mix karein aur garnish with rose water if desired.
