Ek bowl mein chicken, dahi, adrak-lehsun paste, namak aur adhi kali mirch dal kar 30 mins ke liye marinate karen.
Karahi mein oil garam karen aur chicken ko teiz aanch par 8-10 minute tak pakaen jab tak golden na ho jaye.
Aanch darmiyani karke dhakkan dhak dein aur chicken ko dahi ke pani mein 12 minute tak galne dein.
Dhakkan hata kar hari mirchein, zeera aur safaid mirch shamil karen aur 3 minute tak bhunai karen.
Aakhir mein makkhan, lemon juice aur bachi hui kali mirch dal kar 2 minute ke liye dum par rakhen.
