Marination: Fish ko dho kar khushk karein. Dahi, adrak-lehsan paste, leemu ka ras, aur tamam achari masale mila kar fish ko 45 minutes ke liye chor dein.
Tempering: Karahi mein tel garam karein aur thori si kalonji aur saunf dal kar karkarayein.
Cooking: Marinate ki hui fish tel mein dalein. 2 minute tez aanch par pakayein, phir dhak kar halki aanch par galne dein.
Bhunna: Jab pani khushk ho jaye, to halki bhunai karein jab tak tel alag na ho jaye aur fish crispy ho jaye.
