Clean the Flowers: Rinse fresh dandelion flowers gently in cold water.
Separate Petals: Remove the yellow petals from the green base (sepals) to avoid bitterness.
Steeping: Place the yellow petals in a teapot and pour boiling spring water over them.
Wait: Cover and let it steep for 5 to 8 minutes to extract the "Wild Gold" essence.
Strain & Serve: Strain the tea into cups. Add honey and a squeeze of lemon.
Garnish: Add mint leaves and serve hot or over ice
