Grinding: Bhigoi hui daal ko blender mein bohat thore se pani ke sath smooth paste bana lein.
The Secret Whisk: Mixture ko aik hi direction mein 10-12 minute tak whisk karein jab tak ye fluffy aur "Cloud-like" na ho jaye.
The Float Test: Chota sa drop pani mein dalen, agar tairne lage toh batter ready hai.
Frying: Baray bana kar medium heat par pale golden fry karein aur foran namak wale neem-garam pani mein 15-20 minute ke liye bhigo dein.
Assembly: Pani se nikal kar halkay hath se squeeze karein, bowl mein set karein aur whisked yogurt, chutney, aur Zaika Menu special chaat masala dal kar chill karein.
