- Cleaning: Kaleji par 1 tbsp adrak lehsan aur 2 tbsp sirka laga kar 15 mins chor dein, phir thanday pani se dho lein taake smell khatam ho jaye.
- Masala: Karahi mein oil garam karke pyaz brown karein, phir adrak lehsan paste aur tamatar paste dal kar masale bhun lein.
- Frying: Kaleji shamil karein aur tez aanch (high flame) par 5 minute tak bhunain taake ye juicy rahe.
- Simmering: Dahi shamil karke halki aanch par 5-7 minute tak dhak kar pakaein jab tak kaleji gal na jaye.
- Finishing: Aakhir mein namak, qasuri methi aur garam masala dal kar 2 minute dam dein aur garma garam serve karein.
