Instructions:
Preheat: Oven ko 425°F (220°C) par garam karein aur baking tray par parchment paper lagayein.
Prep Cabbage: Cabbage ke purane patte utaar dein aur use 1-inch motay gol "steaks" ki shakal mein kaat lein.
Seasoning: Dono taraf olive oil (ya tallow) lagayein. Salt, pepper aur chili flakes achi tarah sprinkle karein.
Roasting: Tray mein rakh kar 20-25 minutes tak bake karein jab tak kinare "blistered" (halkay kaale aur crispy) na ho jayein.
Glaze: Nikalne ke baad garam steaks par miso butter ya garlic butter lagayein aur 5 minute rest dein.
Garnish: Lemon juice chidken aur Zaika Menu style mein serve karein
