15-Minute Lemon Garlic Paneer with Asparagus

Ek nihayat asaan, high-protein aur jhatpat tayyar hone wali dish jo busy logon ke liye behtareen hai. Is mein lemon aur lehsan ka fresh zaiqa paneer ke sath mil kar ek lajawab meal banata hai.

200 g - Paneer (Cubes mein kata hua)
1 cup - Asparagus ya Broccoli (Chotay tukray)
4 cloves - Garlic (Lehsan), bareek kata hua
1 tbsp - Olive Oil ya Makkhan
1 tbsp - Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp - Lemon Zest (Lemo ka chilka kaddu-kash kiya hua)
To taste - Namak (Salt)
1/2 tsp - Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)
1/2 tsp - Red Chili Flakes (Kuti Lal Mirch)

Method
 

Instructions
    Pan Taiyar Karen: Ek non-stick pan mein olive oil ya makkhan ko darmiyani aanch par garam karen.
      Lehsan Bhoonen: Kate hue lehsan ko pan mein dalen aur 1 minute tak pakaein jab tak khushbu na aane lagay (ise jalne na den).
        Paneer aur Sabziyan: Paneer ke cubes aur asparagus/broccoli ko pan mein shamil karen.
          Sunehra Hone Tak Pakaein: 5-7 minutes tak pakaein, beech beech mein hilate rahen, jab tak paneer har taraf se halka sunehra (golden) ho jaye.
            Seasoning: Namak, kali mirch aur chili flakes dal kar achi tarah mix karen.
              Finishing Touch: Aanch halki karen, lemon juice aur lemon zest shamil karen. Ek minute mazeed pakaein aur garma garam serve karen.

                Pro Tip: Do not overcook the paneer to keep it soft. You can substitute Paneer with Tofu for a vegan version.
